modern ways of manufacturing products.

Avada Tools provides precision CNC machining services for the automotive industry — from OEM replacement parts to custom performance components. Our facility is equipped with multi-axis CNC turning and milling centers capable of machining engine blocks, transmission housings, brake calipers, suspension components, and EV battery cooling plates.

We work with leading automotive aftermarket brands and tier-1 suppliers, delivering consistent quality across prototype runs (1–10 pcs) to medium-volume production (500–5,000 pcs). Materials include aluminum 6061-T6 / 7075, steel 4140 / 4340, stainless steel, and engineering plastics.

Our Automotive Manufacturing Capabilities

The robotics and automation industry demands the highest levels of precision and consistency. Our CNC machining capabilities are specifically optimized for producing complex, tight-tolerance components used in robotic arms, automated assembly systems, and smart manufacturing equipment.

  • Engine & Powertrain: Cylinder heads, engine blocks, pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts, camshafts, valve train components

  • Transmission & Drivetrain: Gearbox housings, shift forks, differential cases, drive shafts, torque converter components

  • Brake & Suspension: Brake calipers, discs/pads backing plates, control arms, steering knuckles, shock absorber components

service related FAQ’s

What CNC machining capabilities do you offer?2024-05-07T19:41:00+08:00

We provide comprehensive CNC machining services including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss-type lathe machining, wire EDM, and surface grinding. Our facility is equipped with over 50 CNC machines from brands such as DMG Mori, Mazak, and Haas, enabling us to handle complex geometries, tight tolerances down to ±0.005mm, and a wide range of material types including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics.

How do you ensure product quality?2024-05-07T20:40:00+08:00

Quality is built into every step of our process. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow strict quality control procedures including incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks at critical machining stages, and final CMM inspection with full dimensional reports. For industries with additional requirements (medical, aerospace, oil & gas), we can provide compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and API standards. We also support PPAP, FAI (First Article Inspection), and custom quality documentation packages.

What is your typical lead time?2024-05-07T19:45:00+08:00

Prototype orders (1–10 pieces) are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity and material availability. Low-volume production (10–500 pieces) generally takes 10–15 business days. For high-volume orders (500+ pieces), lead times range from 3–6 weeks depending on the quantity, part complexity, and any required secondary operations such as heat treatment, surface finishing, or assembly. Rush orders are available upon request.

What surface finishes and treatments are available?2024-05-07T20:42:00+08:00

We offer a comprehensive range of surface finishes including as-machined (Ra 1.6–3.2μm), brushed, polished, bead blasted, and mirror finish. Post-processing treatments available include anodizing (Type II and hard anodize Type III), powder coating, plating (zinc, nickel, chrome), passivation, heat treatment, black oxide, and electropolishing. We can also apply silk screening, laser engraving, and pad printing for part marking and branding. If you need a specific finish not listed, let us know and we will source it for you.

What tolerances can you achieve?2024-05-07T19:43:00+08:00

Standard machining tolerances are ±0.01mm for most metals and ±0.02mm for plastics. For precision applications, we can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm on critical dimensions using our 5-axis machines and precision grinding equipment. Our quality team uses CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection with GD&T analysis to verify dimensional accuracy on every production run, and we provide full inspection reports with Cpk data upon request.
