We provide comprehensive CNC machining services including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss-type lathe machining, wire EDM, and surface grinding. Our facility is equipped with over 50 CNC machines from brands such as DMG Mori, Mazak, and Haas, enabling us to handle complex geometries, tight tolerances down to ±0.005mm, and a wide range of material types including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics.
We work with an extensive range of metals and plastics. Common metals include aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), carbon steel, stainless steel (303, 304, 316), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel, brass, copper, and zinc. For plastics, we machine POM (Delrin), PEEK, nylon, acrylic, PTFE, and polycarbonate. If you have a specific material requirement not listed here, please contact us with your specifications — we can source most materials or work with your supplied raw stock.
Standard machining tolerances are ±0.01mm for most metals and ±0.02mm for plastics. For precision applications, we can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm on critical dimensions using our 5-axis machines and precision grinding equipment. Our quality team uses CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection with GD&T analysis to verify dimensional accuracy on every production run, and we provide full inspection reports with Cpk data upon request.
For CNC prototyping and low-volume production, our MOQ is as low as 1 piece. For volume production orders, we typically recommend a minimum of 50–100 units to achieve optimal cost efficiency. However, we are flexible and happy to discuss your specific requirements — whether you need a single prototype for design validation or ongoing production of thousands of parts per month.
Prototype orders (1–10 pieces) are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity and material availability. Low-volume production (10–500 pieces) generally takes 10–15 business days. For high-volume orders (500+ pieces), lead times range from 3–6 weeks depending on the quantity, part complexity, and any required secondary operations such as heat treatment, surface finishing, or assembly. Rush orders are available upon request.

We take IP protection seriously. All project files, drawings, and technical data are stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel only. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any project begins, and we will never share your designs or production data with third parties. Our factory operates under strict access control, and digital files are encrypted and backed up with role-based permissions. We have worked with clients in medical, defense, and automotive industries who require the highest levels of confidentiality.
Yes, we provide complimentary Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for all orders. Our engineering team will analyze your CAD files and suggest optimizations that can improve manufacturability, reduce cost, and enhance part performance — without compromising your design intent. This includes recommendations on wall thickness, fillet radii, draft angles, material selection, and tolerance stack-up. For new product development projects, we can also assist with prototyping iterations and provide technical consultation throughout the design phase.
We offer a comprehensive range of surface finishes including as-machined (Ra 1.6–3.2μm), brushed, polished, bead blasted, and mirror finish. Post-processing treatments available include anodizing (Type II and hard anodize Type III), powder coating, plating (zinc, nickel, chrome), passivation, heat treatment, black oxide, and electropolishing. We can also apply silk screening, laser engraving, and pad printing for part marking and branding. If you need a specific finish not listed, let us know and we will source it for you.
Our pricing is based on several factors: material cost, machining time, part complexity, surface finish requirements, quantity, and any secondary operations needed. We provide detailed, transparent quotations with itemized cost breakdowns so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Simply send us your CAD files (STEP, IGES, or SolidWorks format) along with your specifications, and we will return a formal quote within 24–48 hours.
Quality is built into every step of our process. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow strict quality control procedures including incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks at critical machining stages, and final CMM inspection with full dimensional reports. For industries with additional requirements (medical, aerospace, oil & gas), we can provide compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, and API standards. We also support PPAP, FAI (First Article Inspection), and custom quality documentation packages.
