Engineering & Quality Lead

Founder, Avada Factory Inc.

Advanced Construction Hardware Solutions

From custom structural brackets for high-rise buildings to heavy-duty anchor bolts for infrastructure projects, we deliver construction hardware built to perform. Our engineering team works with your drawings and specifications to recommend the optimal material, finish, and manufacturing process for each component. With in-house surface treatment capabilities including hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, we provide a complete solution from raw material to finished product.
Modern construction demands precision-manufactured hardware that meets strict building codes and load requirements. Our facility produces structural connectors, brackets, and fasteners from carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized materials. Each component undergoes rigorous quality inspection including tensile strength testing and dimensional verification. We provide full material certifications and mill test reports with every order to ensure compliance with international construction standards.

Quality-First Manufacturing Approach

Modern construction demands precision and reliability at scale. Our manufacturing facility combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced CNC technology to produce construction hardware that meets the strictest building codes and industry standards.

  • Custom structural connectors and brackets to specification

  • Surface treatments: hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, zinc plating

  • Full material traceability and certification documentation

service related FAQ’s

How are your products priced?2024-05-07T20:41:00+08:00

Our pricing is based on several factors: material cost, machining time, part complexity, surface finish requirements, quantity, and any secondary operations needed. We provide detailed, transparent quotations with itemized cost breakdowns so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Simply send us your CAD files (STEP, IGES, or SolidWorks format) along with your specifications, and we will return a formal quote within 24–48 hours.

How do you protect my intellectual property?2024-05-07T20:44:00+08:00

We take IP protection seriously. All project files, drawings, and technical data are stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel only. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any project begins, and we will never share your designs or production data with third parties. Our factory operates under strict access control, and digital files are encrypted and backed up with role-based permissions. We have worked with clients in medical, defense, and automotive industries who require the highest levels of confidentiality.

What materials can you machine?2024-05-07T19:42:00+08:00

We work with an extensive range of metals and plastics. Common metals include aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), carbon steel, stainless steel (303, 304, 316), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel, brass, copper, and zinc. For plastics, we machine POM (Delrin), PEEK, nylon, acrylic, PTFE, and polycarbonate. If you have a specific material requirement not listed here, please contact us with your specifications — we can source most materials or work with your supplied raw stock.

What CNC machining capabilities do you offer?2024-05-07T19:41:00+08:00

We provide comprehensive CNC machining services including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss-type lathe machining, wire EDM, and surface grinding. Our facility is equipped with over 50 CNC machines from brands such as DMG Mori, Mazak, and Haas, enabling us to handle complex geometries, tight tolerances down to ±0.005mm, and a wide range of material types including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics.

Do you offer design assistance or DFM review?2024-05-07T20:43:00+08:00

Yes, we provide complimentary Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for all orders. Our engineering team will analyze your CAD files and suggest optimizations that can improve manufacturability, reduce cost, and enhance part performance — without compromising your design intent. This includes recommendations on wall thickness, fillet radii, draft angles, material selection, and tolerance stack-up. For new product development projects, we can also assist with prototyping iterations and provide technical consultation throughout the design phase.
